How Outstation
Billing Works

Outstation trips are billed on a per-km basis with a minimum of 300 km per day. Here's exactly how we calculate your fare.

Book & Confirm

Share your route, travel dates, and vehicle preference. We confirm availability and send a quote within 10 minutes.

Per-km Billing

Distance is measured from our garage to your drop point and back. The OS rate per km applies to the total distance travelled.

300 km/day Minimum

Even if you travel less, a minimum of 300 km per day is billed. This covers driver costs and vehicle running expenses.

Beta for Overnight Stays

If the driver stays overnight at the outstation location, a fixed beta (allowance) per night is charged as shown in the tariff.

Toll & Parking on Actuals

All toll, parking, and state permit charges are billed at actuals, added to the base fare at the end of the trip.

Important Information

GST @ 5%

5% GST is applicable on all hire charges as per Government of India norms. Clean, itemised invoices are issued for every booking — GST-complaint and print-ready.

300 km/day Outstation Minimum

All outstation bookings are subject to a minimum of 300 km per day. Distance is computed from our garage to your destination and back.

Beta / Night Halt Allowance

Beta is the driver's night halt allowance charged per overnight stay at an outstation location. It is not charged on same-day return trips.

Toll, Parking & Permits

All toll charges, parking fees, inter-state permits, and any state entry taxes are borne by the customer and charged at actuals.

Airport Transfer Waiting

A complimentary 30-minute waiting period applies for airport pickups. After that, extra-hour rates apply on a pro-rata basis.

Corporate & Monthly Contracts

Special negotiated rates are available for monthly contracts and long-term corporate accounts with volume commitments. Contact us for a custom quote.

Fuel Included

All base tariff rates are inclusive of fuel. There are no separate fuel surcharges unless there is a significant government-mandated fuel price revision during your booking period.

Driver Batta Included

Driver allowance (batta) for city packages is included in the base tariff. For multi-day outstation trips, beta is billed separately as shown in the tariff.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 4+ hours before scheduled pickup are free. Cancellations within 4 hours attract a 50% booking charge. No-shows are billed at the full package rate.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is included in the 4-hour / 8-hour package rate?
The package rate includes the vehicle with AC, a professional chauffeur, fuel, and driver batta for the stated duration and kilometre limit. Toll, parking, and state permits are extra and charged at actuals.
How are extra kilometres and hours billed?
If you exceed the included distance or time, extra charges apply at the rates shown in the tariff (e.g., ₹15/km and ₹220/hr for a Sedan). Both extra-km and extra-hour charges can apply simultaneously if you exceed both limits.
Is GST included in the prices shown?
No. All prices in our tariff are exclusive of GST. 5% GST is applicable as per Government of India norms and will be shown separately on your invoice. We provide complete GST-compliant invoices for all bookings.
What is "Beta" and when is it charged?
Beta is the driver's night halt allowance. It is charged when the driver stays overnight at an outstation location (i.e., for multi-day trips where the driver cannot return to base the same day). It is ₹600–₹700 for sedans/SUVs and ₹1,000 for Tempo/Urbania per night.
How is the outstation fare calculated?
Outstation fares are calculated at the OS rate per km × total distance (measured from our garage to your destination and back). A minimum of 300 km per day is applicable. Tolls, parking, and beta (if overnight) are added on actuals.
Do you offer corporate/monthly rental packages?

Are the Urbania vans available for 4-hour city packages?
No — the Force Urbania 12 and 16 Seater vans are available only on 8-hour / 80 km packages and outstation bookings. For shorter city transfers with larger groups, the Force Tempo Traveller (12 or 18 Seater) is available on 4-hour packages as well.
